Belize
While working with the Smithsonian Institution, I had the wonderful opportunity to spend ten days at the Carrie Bow Cay Field Station, located on a remote island off the Belizean coast. There, I assisted Pr. Candy Feller in conducting field measurements and studying mangroves response to climate change and sea-level rise. This was my first time on a tiny remote island surrounded by beautiful coral reefs, and I truly enjoyed it!
